DraftKings Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DraftKings. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including the DraftKings online casino, sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, and all related services available at draftkings.com and casino.draftkings.com. By creating an account or accessing any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. About Us

At DraftKings, we are operated by DraftKings Inc., headquartered at 222 Berkeley Street, Boston, MA 02116, USA. We are publicly traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol DKNG and were founded in 2012. Our DraftKings sportsbook launched in 2018, and we have since rolled out our online casino on a state-by-state basis. We also operate Golden Nugget Online Gaming. Our additional offices are located in Hoboken, NJ and London, UK.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

To use the DraftKings casino and place real money wagers, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (19+ in Ontario, Canada)
• You must be physically present within a licensed jurisdiction at the time of play
• Our casino is currently live in Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ontario, Canada
• You must not be located in any restricted territory, including HI, ID, select parishes of LA, MT, NV, OR, and WA for paid contests
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information

We reserve the right to verify your location at any time using geolocation technology. Access to our DraftKings casino app is gated to licensed states and provinces, and attempts to circumvent these restrictions are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering for a DraftKings login, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We operate a single account system — one login gives you access to our Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, and Casino products. You must not share your account with any third party or create multiple accounts.

3. Supported Jurisdictions and Licensing

We hold the following licenses and operate under strict regulatory oversight:

Our DraftKings Canada operations, including the DraftKings casino Ontario offering, are conducted in full compliance with AGCO regulations. Players using our DraftKings app Canada must be physically located within Ontario to access casino products.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

We accept the following deposit methods on our platform:

• Debit card
• Online banking (ACH / VIP Preferred)
• PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Trustly
• DraftKings Play+ prepaid card
• Bank wire
• Cash at a retail cage

Our minimum deposit is $5. We do not accept credit cards for wagering purposes. A crypto-to-cash funding option is currently rolling out in select states. All deposits are subject to verification and may be subject to DraftKings casino deposit bonus requirements where applicable.

4.2 Withdrawals

We process withdrawals via online banking, PayPal, debit card, Venmo, Trustly, Apple Pay, checks, bank wire, and cash at a retail cage. The minimum withdrawal is $1 for most methods (checks: $15; bank wire: $20,000). Per-transaction maximum limits apply as follows:

• Online banking / Trustly / cash at cage: $100,000
• PayPal: $60,000
• Checks: $50,000
• Debit card / Apple Pay: $25,000
• Venmo: $20,000

Your first withdrawal or use of a new withdrawal method requires two-factor identity verification. We send three confirmation emails throughout the process: when a request is placed, when it begins processing, and when it is complete. Typical cashout times range from approximately 1 hour for cash at cage to up to 14 business days for checks. Wire transfers are processed Monday through Friday during banking hours only.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a range of promotions across our platform. We accept USD for all US-based transactions. In Ontario, we accept CAD. Our platform is available in English and Spanish (Español) to serve our diverse player base across the United States and Canada.

All content on our platform, including logos, software, game designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of DraftKings Inc. or its licensors. Copyright is held by DraftKings Inc. 10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
